I co-founded ComplyFlow in 2009. It’s an AI-first contractor management and compliance platform — automating document verification, compliance tracking, safety inspections, incident management, and site inductions. Used by some of Australia’s largest property managers, manufacturers, mining companies, and logistics operators. Winner of H&S Solution of the Year at the Australian Construction Awards.

I’m currently leading AI and engineering acceleration there.

The Quiet Edge

The Quiet Edge is my coaching practice for mid-career engineering professionals. Structured 12-week engagements built on systems thinking, not motivational techniques. I work with senior engineers, tech leads, and engineering managers who are accomplished but stuck — helping them see the structure of their situation and build a path through it.

Tripwire — A lightweight C memory debugging wrapper. Drop two files into any C project and it transparently catches buffer overflows, double frees, and memory leaks. No compiler flags, no external tools. Works with any C89+ compiler.
